Easy Swap LFT Cold Plate, Short
The Easy Swap LFT Cold Plate, short Version, gets installed into the adjacent slot of the board that should be liquid cooled. The short version is designed for 4 HP boards with heat sinks across the whole board. A dedicated board heat sink is required to make the contact to the Cold Plate the cold plate. Generic step file can be found in the resource section. The thermal gap pad that is within the scope of delivery can be assembled either on the heat sink or the cold plate. The Cold Plate comes with 2x 700 mm hoses to be connected to the cooling circuitry or other liquid sources.
Design
- Liquid Flow Through Cold Plate for 3U Standard Eurocard Boards
- To be assembled in adjacent slot of board to be cooled, behind mezzanine board of 8 HP front panel
- Up to 200 W of cooling capacity at 50°C environmental temperature
- Accepts demineralized water or Water Glycol mix (25% Glycol recommended)
- Mating heat sink on board mandatory
- To be attached to Cooling Circuitry either with Quick Disconnects or the Direct Connection Set
