nVent Allies 员工资源小组庆祝骄傲月
整个 6 月，我们的 Allies 员工资源小组 (ERG) 举办了多场庆祝活动，以纪念骄傲月。
Allies 是 nVent 全球的 LGBTQ+（女同性恋、男同性恋、双性恋、跨性别者和酷儿）盟友员工资源小组。其使命是通过提升认知与打破障碍，推动 nVent 对包容性与多样性的承诺，为 LGBTQ+ 员工助力。Allies 的愿景是为 LGBTQ+ 社区成员及其支持者营造积极、包容与尊重的职场环境。
六月是 LGBTQ+ 群体及其盟友的骄傲月。我们庆祝培养包容、平等与接纳的重要性。通过拥抱多样性、促进理解，我们能打造更强大、更具活力的团队，让每个人都能被看见、被倾听、被尊重。携手同行，我们可以创造一个每个人都能自由做真实自我的世界。今年骄傲月，我们致力于放大 LGBTQ+ 群体的声音、传颂他们的故事，并共同迈向平等的未来。
On June 8, our team participated in the parade at San Mateo County’s 12th Annual Pride Celebration. Our volunteers helped set-up before the event, supported activities during the celebration and helped break down as well. This event supports LGBTQIA+ and allies in the greater San Mateo community. The nVent Foundation provided a grant to Outlet (Adolescent Counseling Services) which provides counseling services for LGTBQIA+ youth.
On May 23 and May 28, our Solon, Ohio location held two blood drives. The blood drives donated a total of 25 pints through American Red Cross.
On June 30, the Allies ERG and other employees participated in the Rainbow Run 5K at Twin Cities Pride and the Twin Cities Pride Parade. Team members ran or walked down Hennepin Ave with an option to join virtually. This year, the theme was ‘Show Your Colors 365,’ to celebrate and represent identity for everyone.
