Absolute integriteit betekent dat we ons sterk maken voor eerlijke en ethische zakelijke praktijken in onze omgang met klanten, zakelijke partners, beleggers, gemeenschappen en elkaar. Onze zakelijke en ethische gedragscode vormt het kader voor dit gedrag en is beschikbaar in 13 verschillende talen.
Onze code is ingedeeld op aandachtsgebieden, zodat onze medewerkers deze gemakkelijk kunnen gebruiken om vragen te beantwoorden. Het bevat ook belangrijke overwegingen met betrekking tot ESG en inclusie en diversiteit, discussie over het gebruik van sociale media en informatie over de rol die managers en leiders spelen bij het opbouwen van bewustzijn over ethisch gedrag.

SPEAK UP: ETHICS HELPLINE
Speaking Up to ask questions or raise concerns is key to building a culture of Absolute Integrity. We prohibit any form of retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith. We take all reported concerns and questions seriously and we will handle them promptly, discreetly and professionally. We are committed to maintaining an environment of open and honest communication where everyone feels comfortable Speaking Up.
The nVent External Helpline is available for both employees and external parties to report potential violations of our Code, our policies, or the law. It is administered by an independent company to allow for confidential communication online and through the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week in local language. It also provides the option to make anonymous reports as permitted by local laws.
