The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has named nVent a 2026 Minnesota Manufacturing Awards honoree in the Manufacturer of the Year – Extra Large category. The Business Journal also honored Laura Dyste Penz, a Minnesota-based nVent leader, in the Emerging Leader in Manufacturing award category. Laura, ISC Analytics Associate Director, was instrumental in launching a new 117,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Blaine, Minnesota. She also established the supplier code of conduct and supplier diversity program for nVent and is active in the Connecting Cultures Employee Resource Group.
