nVent Recognized as a World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business
nVent has been recognized as a World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business based on its performance on the Disability Index®, the leading global benchmark for disability inclusion in business. The recognition highlights nVent’s ongoing efforts to create a workplace where employees of all abilities feel welcomed, supported and empowered to succeed.
At nVent, disability inclusion is embedded in our broader Inclusion & Diversity strategy, which focuses on four pillars: Employees, Communities, Suppliers and Customers. The recognition by Disability:IN reflects a company-wide commitment to fostering an environment where all employees feel welcomed, supported and empowered to succeed. At nVent, disability inclusion is embedded in our organization through leadership commitment, employee self-identification efforts, executive sponsorship of the ADAPT (All Differing Abilities Partnering Together) Employee Resource Group, and public reporting.
The Disability Index®—developed by Disability:IN—is trusted by more than 70% of the Fortune 100 companies and nearly half of the Fortune 500. In addition to recognizing top performers, this benchmark helps companies evaluate disability inclusion practices, identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable progress through data-driven actions.

ADAPT is nVent’s employee resource group focused on supporting employees of all differing abilities and their caregivers. ADAPT helps build awareness, advocacy and belonging across the company while creating opportunities for employees to connect with and learn from one another. This year, ADAPT members participated in Special Olympics fundraising through Polar Plunge events and hosted programming focused on disability awareness and self-identification
nVent’s commitment to disability inclusion extends beyond our direct workforce. Through our longstanding partnership with Rise in our Minnesota facilities, we are helping create opportunities that support people with disabilities while advancing inclusion throughout our larger business ecosystem. Disability inclusion is also integrated into our supplier practices through initiatives that encourage engagement with diverse suppliers and reinforce expectations through our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Inclusion on this list reflects a company-wide commitment to embedding inclusion into our culture, business practices and the communities we serve. nVent ranked in the 86th percentile for disability-inclusive culture and the 88th percentile for disability-inclusive supply chain practices, demonstrating how disability inclusion is woven into both the employee experience and business operations.
As we invent the electrified future, we will continue to prioritize accessibility and inclusion. By embracing diverse experiences and creating opportunities for all employees to thrive, we are strengthening our culture, supporting innovation and better serving our customers, suppliers and communities around the globe.
