The Hygienic Design Floor Standing Enclosure, HDF range, is specially engineered to protect electrical equipment in sanitary environments requiring high cleanliness, including during high pressure, high temperature washdown and clean-in-place (CIP) procedures. With self-draining, smooth-finished surfaces, gap-free design and high protection degree, the enclosure minimizes hygiene risks and helps reduce downtime to increase productivity.

Features
- Material: AISI 304L pre-grained stainless steel. Body: 1.5 mm. Frame: 1.5 mm. Door: 2 mm. Mounting plate: 3 mm galvanized steel
- 30-degree front-sloped top prevents fluids and particulates from pooling or accumulating. Integrated vertical and depth profiles with hole pattern allow adjustment of mounting plate. Rivet nuts on bottom allow mounting of leveling feet, available as accessory
- Folded with an 8-degree sloped angle on all sides. Opening 120 degrees. Mounted with four hinges, and can be mounted to open from the left or right. (Machining is not required.) Includes door frame with 25 mm hole pattern
- Zinc plated steel hinges with captive pin. Internally mounted door hinges prevent particulates from accumulating, making the enclosure easy to clean.
- The one-piece, removable blue silicone gasket with molded corners helps ensure proper sealing, mitigating the possibility of liquid entry. It also is easy to replace, clean, maintain and install, and resists bacteria growth and chemical absorption. The silicone is FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliant.
- HD lock made of stainless steel AISI 316L with blue silicone gasket, the lock conforms with norm DIN EN 1672-2:2009. Espagnolette 4-point locking system. Does not interfere with the enclosure inner space
- No openings as standard to avoid hygiene risks
- Door is equipped with separate welded earthing studs. Earthing to the frame can be accomplished by using the ECF
- Complies with IP66/69 | IK10
- 400 pre-grained stainless steel, polished to Ra < 0.8 µm
