This results in a straighter, harder steel core, making installation easier. nVent uses a continuous electro-plating process over the steel core, creating a permanent molecular bond that delivers decades of reliable performance. Select rod sizes are also available as part of the nVent ERICO Color Smart Ground Rod System, which pairs color-coded rods with compatible, color matching accessories to simplify product selection, improve installation confidence, and help reduce errors in the field.
